Hotel Zilker & Zilker Park Residences
From Urban Austin
The former Schlotzky's Inc. chief executive, John Wooley, is developing a mixed-use project on Sterzing Street (just off Barton Springs Rd), west of Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant. This project will consist of a 65-room boutique hotel, Hotel Zilker, and 40 condominium units in addition to 10,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail.
