From Urban Austin

Atlanta-based Novare Group Holdings and Austin-based Andrews Urban have announced plans to develop three-quarters of Block 51, which they purchased in December 2006. The developers are currently constructing the 44-story, 567 ft. 360 condominiums - also located in the Market District.

The 38-story, ~$100 million mixed-use development will include 433 condominiums, 35,000 SF of ground and second level retail Miller Blueprint Company currently occupies the northeast corner of the property and the tower portion of Ovation will be erected in the northwest corner of the property - avoiding a Capitol View Corridor which affects the majority of the site.
