Austin-based Schlosser Development Corporation is planning a 385,507 SF mixed-use project for the block due east of the new Whole Foods Market site, in the Market District of downtown Austin. This development will consist of an 8-story and a 5-story mixed-use buildings and three levels of below-grade parking (942 spaces). In total, the project will have 333,655 SF of office space and 51,852 SF of retail.
