Austin-based Spring Austin Partners is constructing a 42-story (43 when including the second floor of penthouse), $85 million condominium development, in Austin's Market District (two blocks south of Whole Foods Market's world headquarters and flagship store). The project project was designed by Vancouver, BC-based Rafii Architects Inc. Plans call for 5,072 sq. ft. of ground-level retail and 248 units, which will range in size from 575-1,720 SF and priced from $235,000 to $950,000.

As of July 2007, 33% (82) of the 248 units were under contract. This does not include the unit sales which have already closed. That data was unavailable.
