Sydney, Australia-based Constellation Property Group has set its sights on the U.S. market. In 2004, they opened up their first U.S. office in San Diego. Primarily focused on four stateside cities: San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Austin; the company has several projects in various stages of development.

Constellation's initial Austin projects are set for a 4.5 acre property located just east of IH-35 on Riverside Drive; fronting Lady Bird Lake. Entitled Star Riverside, Star Luxe, and Revolution Riverside; this $100+ million lakeside project will be comprised of four buildings, a manicured courtyard, below-grade parking, and Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail extension.

Star Riverside will comprise of one of two, 6-story, lakefront buildings, with 38 condominium units (half of which have already been sold). The remaining units in this phase range from $700,000 to $1.5 million.

Star Luxe will be the other of two 6-story, lakefront buildings and comprise of 18 super luxurious condominium units. These units will start at 4,000 SF and $1 million; the most expensive in Central Texas history to date. Interior designs will involve one of three themes: music, art nouveau and ultramodern international design.

Revolution Riverside, a 9-story building at E. Riverside Drive and Manlove Street, will include 60 condominium units priced from $400,000 to $700,000.

A planned 12-story tower at the corner of E. Riverside Drive and IH-35, may be eventually developed into a hotel.
