Austin-based developers, The Mote Group, plans to break ground on their Metropolitan residential project in 2007. This 8-story development provides a place to live, work, dine, shop and play in one convenient location. Located at the southwest corner of Trinity and 11th Streets, the project will include 84, 900-1,900 s/f units ranging in price from the mid-$300s to $1 million; street-level retail and six levels of below-grade parking.
