From Urban Austin
Texas American Resources Co., Austin-based energy company, bought the old Filling Station restaurant site on Barton Springs Rd. in the summer of 2006. They plan to erect a 14-story, 180-foot tall mixed-use tower on the site. The development will include a 3,512 SF ground-level restaurant; 86,331 SF of office space and 32 condominiums (43,152 SF).
